Your order is shipped from Asia by Registered Airmail (see shipping label) or by FedEx Express. Tracking number will be emailed to you once we received your payment .

Please DO NOT to compare our shipping time with sellers from your country. We are from South East Asia and unlike local postage our package need to be cleared by your Country's Customs, which could hold the package for 2 days to 4 weeks in some countries to evaluate the VAT / TAX before releasing it.

- If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we will exchange it for you, at your expense (20% restocking charge + US$10 for all postage fee).
- If we ship the wrong item to you, contact us and we will exchange it for you, at our expense.
- If the item is damaged or doesn't work, please read the manual or check it with a watch dealer near your area first. Use the manufacturer warranty for coverage or contact us if problem persist and we will resolve it for you, at our expense.
1 YEAR SELLER WARRANTY (Carry-In)
We offer a *1 Year Local / Seller Warranty(Carry-In) from the date of purchase is provided by ourin-houseservice center. Should the watch malfunction due to manufacturing defects under normal use, it will be repaired without charge for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
You need to send the watch back to our service center at your own expense together with:-
- - the warranty certificate,
- - proof of purchase (dated receipt or PayPal invoice) to the Service Center.
- - payment of US25 (via PayPal) for the shipping and handling fee for return shipping of the repaired/serviced watch.
Please note that buyers will need to pay for sending the watch to our service centre. It goes the same for warranty provided by manufacturer; if you are buying from a watch shop in your area; you need to send the watch back to the watch shop or service center in your country at your own expense and also to pay for the return shipment fee.
